Cause of failure:
Slewing pilot oil circuit failure leads to failure;
Unstable operation of slewing relay leads to failure;
Slewing motor damage resulting in failure;
The main pump is damaged resulting in failure.
Troubleshooting:
Detect the oil pressure of the pilot oil circuit. The pressure of pilot oil circuit is 19bar to 38bar. If the pressure is relatively stable, there is no return wobble. Therefore, the failure of the pilot oil circuit and the failure of the relays are excluded.
If the slewing motor is damaged, there will be no rotary action, so it is excluded that the jitter is caused by the slewing motor.
The damage of the main pump and pilot pump leads to jitter in the working process of the rig, but because the fault is in the bud state, the fault phenomenon is not obvious when doing other actions, resulting in gyratory jitter.According to the fault phenomenon and detection results, the main pump and pilot pump are damaged. After replacing the main pump and pilot pump, the rig works normally.
